As soon as you physically takes possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred on to you.

All orders placed by you are non-cancelable and subject to acceptance by Les Soins Corporels l’Herbier.

Our products are available for purchase as long as they are listed on our website and quantities are available. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately by email. Should we not be able to fulfill your order, we will automatically cancel it and no charges will be taken.
